My favorite TV station teaser ads says "Lucky 09"! In spite of the economic experts' prediction that it will be on this year that we should feel the impact of the 2008 worldwide recession, it does not hurt if one could still be optimistic! (And, even dream of a very fruitful business adventure!)
And so I say: For LEENTech Network Solutions, come on board the U.S.S. Enterprise and let's travel at warp speed towards that destination we called SUCCESS! Before lift off, let's get down to our checklist of shared-values first:
1. Patience (?) CHECK!
2. Determination (?) CHECK!
3. Quality (?) CHECK!
4. Excellence (?) CHECK!
5. Teamwork (?) CHECK!
BLAST OFF!
And as the year 2009 unfolds, it is best to know your individual work values & your teams shared values. How the team work together, especially when under pressure, is determined by how strong your belief are for one another and how focus are all of you towards that one goal of taking the company to a higher level and bringing yourself along with it! Start being aware of your work values are...and then work it from there! Happy trip, everyone!
